RENT REBATES

                       

Your rent rebates are scheduled for March 2013

For those of you who have received them before you

will need to bring the following:

 

Income Statements for 2012

(such as Social Security, Pensions, Railroad Retirement, etc.)

ü Interest Statements for 2012 (bank interest, etc.)

                        If this is your first time filing, you will also need your

Social Security card as well as the items listed above.

 

*Please bring the booklet that you will receive in the mail with you. 

If you do not receive a booklet, I will have applications on the day of your appointment. There will be no appointments from 12:00 p.m.-1:00p.m.

 

SCHEDULE:

 

Floors G, 1 & 2 - Wednesday, March 13th 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Floors 3, 4, & 5 - Wednesday, March 13th 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Floors 6, 7 & 8 - Friday, March 15th

  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Floors 9, 10 & 11 - Friday, March 15th

1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We will be doing the rebates in the order that people sign in.
